OFFICE CHECK-IN PROCESS AS OF 10/20/21
Our waiting room is once again be open for WELL patient check-in. When you arrive, you will no longer call a cell number to check in. Please come into the building and check in with the front desk. At that point, you can return to your car to wait for your appointment, or you can wait inside in our socially distanced waiting room. If you are experiencing any COVID related symptoms, presently awaiting COVID test results, been exposed to a known COVID + patient, or had any recent air travel, please call our office PRIOR to your appointment to receive additional appointment instructions. Patients will still be screened prior to entering the clinical office area and face coverings are still required at all times throughout our facility. Children under the age of 12 years old are not permitted in our office during this time. We ask that no additional guests accompany you to your visit unless they are essential to your care.
If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or other respiratory symptoms, DO NOT enter our building. Call our office prior to your visit or upon arrival so that we may direct you to the proper treatment area.
All patients and visitors are REQUIRED to wear a mask or face covering inside our building at all times.

The Internists at Carolina Medical Consultants, PA are physicians with special training in the care of adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Each of our physicians is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and dedicated to providing the highest quality care and excellent service to our patients.
In addition to providing routine health maintenance exams, physical exams, administrative exams, sports and school physicals, and women’s health services, our physicians also provide cancer screenings, gynecological care, help with tobacco cessation, vaccinations, and dietary counseling.

Scheduling Services
We make every attempt to schedule your follow-up appointments and sick appointments with your regular physician here at our office, but there may be times, however, when an emergent visit may need to be with another physician in our practice. Our implementation and use of an electronic health record eases this process.
For your convenience, our answering service is available to you for after hours and acute emergency questions. One of our providers will always be on call.
